Head Chef Andre Pelaud began his career in his hometown of Bordeaux, France. Andre’s expertise and experience can be seen and enjoyed through the fresh dishes on our menu.

Alongside fresh fish & seafood dishes, quality steaks & grills we do not neglect our all-time Windsor Castle favourites.

We enjoy experimenting with our craft beer from our on site Printworks Brewery to create fantastic dishes.

All of our meat & eggs are from Worcestershire farms. Our fish is delivered fresh from the markets every morning & if we haven’t baked it ourselves, all of the bread has arrived fresh from our local bakery.
